Olimp retains only the details needed to process orders, manage compliance paperwork, and coordinate deliveries. We do not sell customer information or share it with third parties outside of the logistics and payment partners required to fulfill your requests.

• Account access is limited to verified buyers within your organisation.
• Payment instruments are encrypted and handled by certified providers.
• Operational updates are delivered through opted-in email channels only.

Terms of service

By placing an order with Olimp you confirm that you are authorised to purchase inventory for commercial resale and agree to abide by regional import regulations. Pricing, allocation, and lead times are subject to change until a written confirmation is issued by our sourcing team.

• All shipments are governed by the latest quote, pro forma invoice, and transport documents.
• Payment terms and credit limits are assigned following account review.
• Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
